The full Priasehat catalog of natural supplements for men: what is inside each product, how you take it, and which everyday need it is meant to support. Prices and pack sizes are confirmed when you get in touch.

How to read this catalog

Two ways in: by goal, or by format

Every item here is a supplement for adult men, described by what is inside it, what format it comes in, and which everyday need it is meant to support. If you already know what you are after, scan by goal. If you would rather start with how you will actually take it, jump to formats and work backwards. Both routes land on the same listed products.

Prices and current stock are confirmed when you contact us, because supply and pack sizes shift through the year. When two products look similar on the label, the ingredient table is where the real difference shows up — amounts per serving, the form each nutrient comes in, and how many servings the pack holds.

Choose by goal first

Most readers arrive with one of four goals. Pick the goal, then look at the two or three products inside it. Choosing between them comes down to format and dose, not marketing.

Daily nutritional cover

Broad vitamin and mineral formulas that fill the ordinary gaps in a working week. Suited to men who eat reasonably well but not perfectly.

See the daily formulas

Energy and endurance

Energy and endurance supplements built around the nutrients involved in normal energy metabolism, plus ingredients people use around training.

See the endurance group

Strength and vitality

Natural capsules for strength and vitality, usually herbal and amino-acid based, often built on ingredients used in Indonesian and wider Asian traditions.

See the vitality capsules

Everyday healthy lifestyle support

Omega-3, magnesium, and vitamin D — healthy lifestyle products for long, unremarkable use. The least exciting shelf here, and the most useful.

Goal one

Daily vitamin and mineral formulas

These are the backbone of most routines: a broad formula covering vitamin D, the B group, zinc, magnesium, and selenium at moderate doses. They suit men who eat reasonably well but not perfectly, which describes most working weeks in Jakarta.

Look at the percentage of the daily reference intake rather than the total milligram count, because a big number in a poorly absorbed form is worth less than a modest number in a good one. One capsule or tablet a day is the usual format, so these fit a morning routine with no measuring.

Goal two

Energy and endurance products

This group targets the nutrients involved in normal energy metabolism, plus ingredients people use around training. You will typically see B vitamins, iron where appropriate, magnesium, and sometimes caffeine-free herbal extracts.

Read the iron line carefully: men rarely need extra iron unless a blood test says so, and a formula with a high dose is not automatically better for you. These products support normal function. They do not replace carbohydrates before a long ride or sleep before a heavy week.

Goal three

Capsules for strength and vitality

Herbal and amino-acid formulas make up this category, often built around ingredients used in Indonesian and wider Asian traditions alongside more standard ones such as zinc and vitamin D. Formats are usually small capsules, sometimes two or three per day.

The honest framing: these support normal testosterone and muscle function only insofar as the nutrients involved are present in adequate amounts. Anyone promising a dramatic shift is selling something the ingredient list cannot back up. Pair them with regular training and food rather than expecting the capsule to carry the week.

Reads to check on the label

Amount per serving
The listed dose, not the total pack weight or a rounded figure on the front.
Nutrient form
Magnesium citrate, glycinate and oxide behave differently, so the form matters as much as the number.
Servings per pack
A cheaper pack with fewer servings is not actually cheaper once you count the days it covers.

Goal four

Everyday wellness staples

Omega-3, magnesium, vitamin D, and a plain multivitamin form the least exciting and most useful shelf in the catalog. They are also the easiest to buy badly, so check the EPA and DHA content on fish oil rather than the total oil weight, and check whether magnesium comes as citrate, glycinate, or oxide, since these behave differently.

These products are meant for long, unremarkable use. That is the point of them. If you are building men's health support into a normal week, this shelf is where most routines should start before anything more specialist gets added.

Capsules, tablets, powders and sachets

  • Capsules

Easy to swallow and travel well, but limit how much powder fits inside. The default for most daily and vitality products.

  • Tablets

Hold more powder per dose than a capsule, and sometimes include binders. Common for broad vitamin and mineral formulas.

  • Powders

Let you take a larger dose in water, which suits pre-training use, though they need a shaker or a spoon and a glass.

  • Sachets

The simplest for people who move around a lot, including anyone flying between Jakarta and the outer islands.

Pick the format you will genuinely keep up with. A perfect formula you skip twice a week is worse than a plain one you take daily.

What every product page tells you

Each listing states the full ingredient list with amounts per serving, the serving size, the format and pack count, suggested intake, and any cautions such as not suitable for under-18s or for people on blood-thinning medication. We also list whether the product is suitable for daily long-term use or intended as a shorter course.

If a detail is missing, ask and we will add it. There is no hidden blend on this site that we refuse to describe.

Comparison order

Comparing two similar products

When two items sit in the same category, work through them in this order. Only then look at the label design, which tells you nothing about what is inside.

Nutrient form

Whether the label names the form — citrate, glycinate, oxide, or a chelated version.

Two products with the same milligram figure can absorb very differently.

Dose per serving

The amount in one capsule, tablet, or scoop, next to the daily reference intake.

An amount below the level used in ordinary nutrition will not do much for you.

Servings per pack

How many days one pack actually covers at the stated serving size.

A cheaper pack with fewer servings is not actually cheaper.

Excipients and capsule material

The non-active ingredients and whether the capsule is gelatin or plant-based.

Only matters if you have a sensitivity — otherwise leave it until last.

Short on purpose

A note on what we leave out

The catalog is short on purpose. We skip products with vague proprietary blends, products whose doses sit below the level used in ordinary nutrition, and products marketed with disease claims, because those cannot be sold honestly as supplements.

Some categories you may have seen elsewhere are simply not carried here. If you are looking for something we do not stock, ask us and we will tell you plainly whether it belongs in a supplement catalog at all.

  • No hidden blends

Every amount per serving is printed, including the ones that look unimpressive.

  • No disease claims

Supplements support normal function. They are described that way on every listing.

  • No vanishing doses

If a nutrient sits below the level used in ordinary nutrition, the product stays off the shelf.

Common questions

Before you send your list

Do you show prices on the site?

Not as a fixed list, because supply and pack sizes change. Contact us with the product name and quantity and we will confirm the current price and total.

Can I pay by card?

Not online. We arrange payment by invoice or bank transfer, by cash on delivery where available, or in person if you pick up at our Jakarta address.

Are all products suitable for daily use?

Most are, and the product page says so. A few are framed as shorter courses, and that is noted in the suggested intake line. If a listing is unclear, ask and we will spell out the intended use.

These products are dietary supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. If you take prescription medication or have a health concern, speak with a qualified professional before adding anything to your routine.

Send us the product you are considering

Tell us the name and quantity, or describe the goal you are working toward and we will suggest the two or three popular products for men that fit it. We will confirm what is in stock, the current price, and how the order can be settled.
