About the house
About Priasehat and how we work
A Jakarta catalog and reading resource for men who want plain information about natural supplements — written from the label, not from a marketing sheet.
Who we are
Not a clinic. A small catalog with the ingredients written out.
Priasehat is a Jakarta-based catalog and reading resource for men who want straightforward information about natural supplements for men. We are not a clinic. We do not employ doctors to diagnose anyone online, and we do not sell prescription medicine. What we do is select a short range of supplements, describe them accurately, and publish practical guidance on fitting them into an ordinary week in Indonesia.
That means every product page opens with the ingredient list in full, the format it comes in, and the everyday context it suits — a desk job, a training week, a long stretch of intercity travel. The rest of the site is reading: how to read a label, what vitamins and minerals for men actually do in the body, and when the honest answer is that a supplement is not the first thing to change.
We keep the range deliberately narrow because a long shelf makes choosing harder, not easier. If a reader finishes one of our pages knowing how to compare two labels on their own, that page did its job.
Our starting point
What we set out to do
The supplement market here is crowded and loud, and much of the noise is aimed at people who have not had a chance to compare labels. Our response was to build something narrower. A small catalog, a full ingredient breakdown on every page, and articles that explain the basics without dressing them up.
On every product page
The full ingredient list
What is in the capsule, at what amount, and in what format — capsules, softgels, tablets, or powder. No partial lists, no "proprietary blend" left unopened.
On every guide
The plain explanation
What a nutrient does in ordinary language, where it commonly comes from in food, and which everyday habits matter more than any bottle on the shelf.
When we cannot verify something
We leave it out
If the supplier cannot confirm a detail, or the label and the documentation disagree, the claim does not go on the page. Silence is better than a guess.
Who reads this
Who the site is for
Adult men in Indonesia, mostly. The guidance assumes an ordinary schedule and an ordinary budget.
It does not assume a personal trainer, a private chef, or a laboratory.
-
Desk job, gym after work
Eight hours seated, then a session, then dinner that arrives later than planned. The guidance stays realistic about what a capsule can and cannot cover up for.
-
Outdoor and shift work
People whose day is spent in the heat or on a rotating roster, where meals are irregular and sleep moves around. Practical formats matter more than a long ingredient story.
-
Frequent travel between cities
Weeks that shift between Jakarta, Surabaya, and somewhere in between. Small packs and simple routines survive a suitcase better than a shelf of bottles at home.
-
Simply eating a bit better
Readers with no training plan at all — people who want to add vegetables, sleep more, and cover the gaps a busy week leaves behind. That is a legitimate reason to read this site.
How pages get written
Editorial approach
Product pages are written from the label and the supplier documentation, not from a marketing sheet. When we do not know something, we say so on the page or leave it out. We do not publish customer transformation stories, star ratings we cannot source, or claims about how many people use a product.
If a piece of content would not survive a skeptical reader checking it against the pack in their hand, it does not go up.
Where we draw the line
Our position on health claims
We keep to what supplements can honestly say: they support normal function when the diet does not cover a nutrient. That is the boundary, and we hold it even when a stronger claim would sell better.
It also means we will occasionally tell you that a product is not right for you, or that the answer to your question is a blood test rather than a capsule. Supplements are not medicine, and nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, or replace advice from a qualified professional.
If you take prescription medication, are managing a diagnosed condition, or are preparing for surgery, treat the ingredient list here as reading material and speak to the professional who knows your history before adding anything to your routine.
Where we are
A workroom in Senayan, not a showroom
The team works from Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav. 52-53 in Senayan, Jakarta Selatan. If you prefer to collect an order in person rather than have it delivered, that can be arranged during working hours — send a message first so someone is at the desk when you arrive.
Phone and email are on the contact page, and we answer product questions directly rather than routing them through a script. If you ask what is in a capsule and why it is there, you will get an answer with the ingredient name in it, from a person who has read the documentation for that product.
We do not offer appointments with practitioners, and we cannot review your test results. What we can do is explain what a label says, what a nutrient is commonly used for, and what the sensible next step might be — including seeing a professional when that is the right call.

How the shelf changes
How the catalog grows
New products are added when they pass the checks described on our selection page, and when readers ask for something we do not yet carry. We would rather add two good items a year than ten average ones. If a product is discontinued by the supplier, we remove it rather than substituting something similar without telling you.
Reader requests carry real weight here. If enough people ask about a category — a magnesium format, a travel-sized pack, an electrolyte option for outdoor work — we go looking for a supplier who can document it properly. If we cannot find one, we say so rather than filling the gap with the closest thing on a distributor's list.
The catalog is not organized by trend. It is organized by what a reader is trying to do: cover a nutrient gap, support an energy and endurance routine around training, or keep healthy lifestyle products simple enough to actually use on a working week.
Limits we hold to
What we will not do
A short list, written down so both sides know where the edge is. Open any row to read the reasoning.
We will not diagnose a condition
Nobody here can examine you, see your history, or read your test results, so nobody here can tell you what is causing a symptom. What we can do is explain what an ingredient is commonly used for and point you toward the professional who can look properly.
We will not advise on medication interactions
Whether a vitamin belongs alongside a prescription is a question for the person who wrote the prescription, or for a pharmacist who can see everything you take. We list ingredients clearly so that conversation is easier, and then we step back from it.
We will not tell you to stop a treatment
No supplement on this site is a replacement for care you have been prescribed. If a page here makes you wonder whether your current routine is still right, take that question to your doctor — not to a capsule.
We will not sell on a dramatic story
No before-and-after arcs, no invented ratings, no pressure timers. Supplements support normal function when the diet falls short; they do not rebuild a person in a fortnight, and any page that implies otherwise is not one of ours.
If any of that is what you were looking for, we are not the right shop, and we would rather say it now than after an order.
